“Was done quickly and nice staff :) Of course it was painful to get done (As expected for a navel piercing) but I felt at ease as I normally feel very nervous when getting piercings elsewhere, already healing quickly and the redness was gone within 20 minutes”

“Huge car park, big store with an Argos. No cafe. Loos. Smart shop handsets which I love using. Hot food cabinet too. Get some great reductions at the right time of day. Lots of choices and prices to suit different purses. If you buy somethings with smart shop vapper you often get extra points added to your Nectar account plus special buys next visit.”

“Good if you like going and having a look through rails and rails of clothing, it was messy but that was more to do with customers not caring about putting clothes on coat hangers properly staff were nice and helpful but very busy.”

“Super handy supermarket and location. Much better butcher's selection than other large supermarkets. Use the car park up on level 1 instead of the ground floor for a much easier time!”

“I visited M&S today and whilst in the cafe, an elderly couple sat at the next table struggled when the gentleman accidentally spilt a hot drink which soaked his wifes top and jeans. My friend and I helped clean the spill and raised attention to a member of staff so that the floor could be mopped. The staff were wonderful in helping the elderly couple, replacing the hot drink, reassuring them not to worry about the spill and supporting the elderly lady with new clothing. It was lovely to see such care and kindness being shown to this couple, I know if they had been my parents or grandparents, I would certainly appreciate the quick response and compassion shown to them. ?”

“Even though they got ugly wheelie bin outside, beggars at door (sometimes) and lot of litter on pavements... This not their fault. One winter, snow 3 inches deep, blizzard conditions... “Went into store for my husbands birthday gift, Harmeet Hira was amazing! She couldn’t do enough for me. I needed some assistance with sizing and if she wasn’t In store I probably would have left empty handed as the initial member of staff I encountered was quite unhelpful. She talked me through the sizings and compared different belts offered me a drink and made me feel so comfortable & even gave me a card so I was able to write a message with the gift; it’s the little touches that make great customer service. She even gave her details for aftercare if I had any issues with the sizing post purchase. I would definitely purchase from this store again mainly due to the great customer service I experienced. “Tried to give a review using the QR code given however could not find the store and till number to register it. Had ordered items that were faulty , came back to return them and dealt with Emmie and keeley; who were a pleasure. They were very empathetic and lovely to talk to; very warm and really good at building rapport. Great Argos and great customer service.”

My favourite shop by far, go here all the time it's clean well laid out smart clothes for women on one side casual on the other, mens is the same, collections can sometimes take a bit of time depending on the business of the store but staff are always helpful, returns are easy and fast the only thing I would say about next is their kids close although beautiful quality and well lasting once the kids (I have a daughter so can only comment on girls clothes) get to about 7 the clothes are quite babyish and not very trendy just plain wardrobe staples I would say however the online Next does sell other branded clothes which is great for my 11 year old.”

“We visited the store in search of a number of household items on a Saturday afternoon in August, The car park was quite full but we found a person leaving and took their spot. We had a smiling warm welcome as we entered and were directed to the hand sanitiser I noted trolleys were being disinfected too.\\n\\nThe store was busy but there was enough space between the aisles to keep a safe distance.\\n\\nWe had taken a basket but soon needed to swap it for a trolley as our search proved successful.\\n\\nWe checked prices of branded items and they compared well with online places like amazon.\\n\\nThere was plenty of choice and they seemed well stocked.\\n\\nStaff were friendly and helpful.”

“Best meal deals here. Sometimes the staff are still unpacking them in the morning but if you ask them for the thing you want which is still in boxes they go in the back room and bring it for you. I do that a lot. Staff helpful and always help me get the back room stuff in the morning.”
