“I've been shopping here weekly for a few years now and overall it's a good shopping experience. First the positives, there's a large carpark, including disabled and parent bays near to the entrance, and undercover parking. There's a Timpson's in the carpark, a pure gym and Argos inside. The staff are all friendly, polite and helpful. The store has a good range of products from well known brands as well as own brand products. Negatives? There's an escalator from the carpark entrance to the store which breaks down frequently. Trolley's aren't always collected and returned to store, so expect to go hunting for one. Occasionally appears understaffed, so expect long delays at the self checkouts (there aren't many belted tills left having been removed to install more self checkouts).”

I understand the psychology behind making customers explore to spend more, however it’s a struggle when you walk around in circles looking for specific things in such a large place.”

“Went into store for my husbands birthday gift, Harmeet Hira was amazing! She couldn’t do enough for me. I needed some assistance with sizing and if she wasn’t In store I probably would have left empty handed as the initial member of staff I encountered was quite unhelpful. She talked me through the sizings and compared different belts offered me a drink and made me feel so comfortable & even gave me a card so I was able to write a message with the gift; it’s the little touches that make great customer service. She even gave her details for aftercare if I had any issues with the sizing post purchase. I would definitely purchase from this store again mainly due to the great customer service I experienced. “Good if you like going and having a look through rails and rails of clothing, it was messy but that was more to do with customers not caring about putting clothes on coat hangers properly staff were nice and helpful but very busy.”

My favourite shop by far, go here all the time it's clean well laid out smart clothes for women on one side casual on the other, mens is the same, collections can sometimes take a bit of time depending on the business of the store but staff are always helpful, returns are easy and fast the only thing I would say about next is their kids close although beautiful quality and well lasting once the kids (I have a daughter so can only comment on girls clothes) get to about 7 the clothes are quite babyish and not very trendy just plain wardrobe staples I would say however the online Next does sell other branded clothes which is great for my 11 year old.”

“Peacocks Erdington is a nice option, because is big, and not so busy, if you like do shopping without many people, please go there.

“Don’t really understand the poor rating for this Argos concession ? It seems much more efficient than Selly Oak where you wait a lot longer usually. The guys and staff in here are always really helpful/friendly and I’ve never had a bad experience. Manager is very accommodating/understanding. Refunds are honoured for obviously defective goods. Never usually have to wait long to be served.”
