“Visited the store today as had to return 2 hurricane lamps that had been delivered to us and which were broken. We were served by Satbinder who has to be the most helpful and pleasant store assistant we have ever encountered. She went above and beyond to help us....even taking us upstairs and finding us the last two as replacements. She went to the trouble of wrapping them really carefully so they didn't get broken again!
