“Yet again first class service from this shop. PurchasedLG OLED42C34LA for a friend who is less abled. Customer service answered all my questions. I went to the shop to pay and collect. They supplied a map to direct me where to park in the loading bay which is located in the road at the of shop but 100 yards away. I suggest you use the map ( parking fine otherwise). Stuart the manager explained all this to me and I was very grateful. They brought the TV and free sound bar to my car and put them in. I have now purchased 3 TVs from this store a new would not hesitate to go there again.”

Excellent sevice called me prior to fitting and after. This is a great place didn't feel like I was being ripped off. Everyone was very honest from the start. “Had ordered online to collect in store. Ordered 2 tvs at black Friday prices. Went to collect and only one was showing. Due to the fact the store has zero phone signal I couldn't access my online account to prove otherwise. I had to leave store to get the info and then return to prove I'd paid for 2. They said it only states one and I need to speak to customer services which I can't do in store as no signal. After waiting for over 15 minutes on the phone in the car park to be told only one had been ordered and its a 'ghost order' that should be refunded. Even though the manager informed me there were actually 2 tvs in store . I had to go back in store and buy another and the price had increased since to £40 more. Thankfully the manager Callum was very helpful. He honoured the price I had purchased it at originally.. I would only have given 1 star if it hadn't been for the way the manager handled it”
