Cerys made my daughter feel comfortable enough to engage in a full conversation with her, Cerys was extremely polite and so easy to talk too, so lovely to have someone so welcoming. The staff in the Redditch store are always welcoming and helpful, I’ve had many lovely conversations at the till with other members of staff too.”
