“Brought some games to sell to the shop. Daz was brilliant. It was out of the blue as we were let down by someone else. Daz was very accommodating and helpful. Prices given were fair and he obviously knows his games well. Didn’t get to meet the manager this time, but we will be returning soon.
The shop is set out well and is organised and well looked after. Would come here more regularly if it wasn’t such a drive. Highly recommend this shop if you are in the area. The retro stuff is a real blast from the past. Keep up the good work!”

Erdington shop is my favourite shop, is not so close to my house but I do not care have a trip to go there, is not a big queque, the staff is really friendly and helpful they always advice you in the best way, and all the time they are polite and kind.

She has gone above and beyond to find a way to make sure it’s there for me after I go through security next Tuesday when I travel. This has made packing a whole lot easier and I don’t have to feel anxious now about not having my essentials because they won’t go through security Emma was so helpful she really made me feel cared for in a way that you almost never do these days.\\n\\nThis should be a service from boots at airports, customers build their bag online and collect after security. You could even give them contacts for local charities who will take the products at their destinations if they don’t want to travel back with them.\\n\\nSterling service from Emma. “As this is a second hand shop you will be very surprised the things they have in . All l can say is if you find something it is best to get it there are then as a lot of things get snaped up fast. If you are going for furniture just take a tape measure with you so you can double check that it is going to fit when you get the furniture home.”

“Thank you to the pharmacist that helped me this evening, I asked for a certain item however she actually recommended something else for my symptoms, and without asking explained exactly how the medicine works and why the medication I asked for is no good with my condition. I ended up leaving feeling much more optimistic about getting better and so much more knowledged, she made me feel like she cared and went above and beyond to talk to me, I went to the doctors in the morning and felt more hopeful leaving the pharmacy then I did the doctors appointment. “Yet another successful visit to this. Wonderful shop. Beautifully set out downstairs and a delightful cafe upstairs along with books and jigsaws. Met with a group of friends for coffee , we received excellent service from the staff here and the cafe was a hive activity and chatter by mid morning. Coffeee and cakes excellent and bagged a bargain on the way out. Booked our next excursion for next week.”
