Another day of this pharmacy ignoring their phone!! Boots Pharmacy has an unacceptable system where you must call to book a delivery slot for your medication, yet they never answer the phone. Awful service.. Always a nightmare to get through to pharmacy.. no one picks up phone so you can arrange delivery.. tried other options to speak to someone other than a robot with no success, tried to ring store directly with no success.. about to run out of meds, with no way to arrange delivery, situation is so so stressful..... read full comment

Small quiet store for a Saturday afternoon, I was able to be dropped off quite close, but parking can be problematic, there is nearby parking. I didn’t encounter any staff in the short time I was in there.
