“Felt like I needed to share this, I went to see Nazeem earlier with an issue, she was so so helpful, kind, compassionate and understanding, she's chased my surgery for help which were unfortunately no good, so then got me an urgent 111 referral, which took alot of her time. “My wife needed medication following knee surgery. We were in the post-op isolation period so I couldn’t get out to collect it. It was late on the Friday of a Bank Holiday weekend. Her existing medication would run out before the pharmacy opened again on Tuesday. Asterwell’s driver had finished for the day but the pharmacy still arranged for a delivery later that evening. Thank you to everyone at the pharmacy who helped to make this happen. Very much appreciated.”

“This is my local pharmacy and they process a huge number of prescriptions for the local health centre which is pretty big, and serves 2 large estates of houses.They work tirelessly to look after the local community and are always available to consult with if required.Yes, they may not always be there to serve you in 2 seconds (because of the amount of work they do), but you wont see them sitting around doing nothing either.Like the local chippie, Chinese and supermarket, they will continue to get my support!”

“We have all our meds delivered by Dickens Heath Pharmacy and they are always so helpful and friendly. This morning I rang to say that a prescription request for antibiotics for my husband who has a UTI was being sent across to them and could they deliver it later in the day. Within half an hour of me speaking to Sharon the meds were delivered by Nicki. What a wonderful service from such kind caring people”

“Massive thank you to Penny based at the back of the superdrug store who pierced my daughters ears a few weeks back, we originally went across the road to the most popular ear piercing place & was put of by the price & lack of customer service, we went across to superdrug and was pleasantly surprised to find the same earrings as across the way a fraction of the price.. Penny was so informative, professional and most of all gentle, she ensured my little ones first ever ear piercing was a pleasant experience thanks Penny!!!”

“I'll be honest I didn't think independent pharmacies still existed so it was a pleasure to find this one snuggled amongst Dovehouse Parade's other wonderful shops. Inside is a warm, homely and welcoming store. The staff were helpful and friendly and there were plenty of other customers. This pharmacy, chemist and health shop is not huge but does have a good range of products. I was looking for some foot care products and found a good selection to choose from. They also offer a prescription collection and delivery service, repeat prescriptions, residential homes supply and smoking cessation assistance. Also on offer is transferring of data, photos and videos to DVD. They also had a small gift section and currently stock father's day cards, gifts and jubilee products.”

“Came in for some Covid test kits, couldn't find them so I asked the lady at the medicine/prescription desk, she kindly showed me the pack of 2 ones but she then went above and beyond with her excellent customer service by taking her time out for me to go check if there was any packs of 5 down by the front, she told me to wait where I was and she came back to me to explain that there was none left but she did make me feel cared for so thank you to this lady at this boots store. All the other staff throughout this store smiled at me and the atmosphere in this store is always nice. Great Boots store. Thank You :-)”

“I came into the store on Monday 7th October to have a birthday cake personalised. Didn't have a clue what I was doing and asked a member of staff for help.
Sophie came to assist me and I can't praise her enough. She was so helpful showing me all the different options. Then the machine crashed so she rebooted it and went to carry on with her other duties
After a few minutes she came back to me to check the machine was working again and once again took over and did my order for me.
Her patience and helpfulness was second to non.
