The lady that served me today was really attentive and I was even served on the shop floor which made it quicker! “This is by far the best health food store in Solihull, which we have being using for years. All the staff (Caroline, Nicky and Anna) are incredibly helpful with a nothing is too much trouble attitude. Lots of quality product choice, from health foods, vitamins to beauty products. We have tried most if not all the similar types of stores in the area, but Revital is the one we keep coming back to.”

“Came in for some Covid test kits, couldn't find them so I asked the lady at the medicine/prescription desk, she kindly showed me the pack of 2 ones but she then went above and beyond with her excellent customer service by taking her time out for me to go check if there was any packs of 5 down by the front, she told me to wait where I was and she came back to me to explain that there was none left but she did make me feel cared for so thank you to this lady at this boots store. All the other staff throughout this store smiled at me and the atmosphere in this store is always nice. Great Boots store. Thank You :-)”

“Oh my goodness, I am blown away at how caring, kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable all the staff are towards the pupils and they cater to every child's individual needs, My daughter is new to Priestley Smith and already loves her friends and teachers, We were apprehensive at first because of how Mainstream school treated our daughter but Priestley Smith is worlds away from the treatment she received at mainstream education, I can't recommend Priestley Smith enough to anybody who has or knows of a child whose primary need is visual impairment.. AMAZING SCHOOL”
