“This Lush location is HUGE!! Find it at the Liverpool One shopping center. It has many different sights and smells to be experienced, and the thing I love about it most is that they hand make everything!! Using only the finest ingredients, they leave out all of the gunk and cheap stuff to make really good, quality products. I can't remember the name of the associate who assisted me during my visit, but she was super friendly and she also gave me a nice sized sample of the BIG Shampoo. My hair used to be A LOT thicker and longer than it is now, so lately I've been looking for products that will help it grow and have volume. I wasn't sure if the stores in the U.S. would carry the same items, but after looking online, I saw that they do carry the same products. I would have purchased the BIG Shampoo, but decided to wait until I got back state side. Every little ounce counts when you have to check in luggage, lol! I like the smell of the shampoo, and it almost feels like a scrub for your scalp. I do use a scrub on my scalp once or twice a week to prevent any buildup of hair products. The sample I was given was enough for at least 5 shampoos!! I was shocked that you only need just a small amount to get a good lather going. I still have some left! Once I get the full set with the conditioner, I'll have to write another review to update. Get the BIG Shampoo if you need some volume in your hair! It will feel like you're getting a luxurious scalp massage! Stop in to see what other treasures you can find. They have everything from sleeping dust to body jellies. All natural ingredients that are good to your skin and hair? Sign me up!! Prices do reflect the quality, so you may be a little sticker shocked. To me, it's definitely worth every penny!”

“I have cancer and have been having chemo. I have lost 80% of my hair and yesterday I picked out my wig. Much shorter than my own hair. I was walking past the salon today and thought I’m going to see if they will cut my hair. I didn’t have an appointment so it was a long shot. As expected they were fully booked. I was a little disheartened but I didn’t really expect anything else.Next thing I know Lonzi is waving at me to come back. He has had a cancellation and could chop off my hair. Not going to lie, I cried…because now it’s real and my long hair was going and that means there’s no hiding from the fact I am sick. Lonzi was so kind, so supportive, so patient and I have never felt like I was in better hands! He did the most wonderful cut and he made me feel like a friend was cutting it off. “Emma at boots in departures at Birmingham has to be THE most amazing customer service person in the world. I called today to enquire about a product I wanted to travel with. She has gone above and beyond to find a way to make sure it’s there for me after I go through security next Tuesday when I travel. This has made packing a whole lot easier and I don’t have to feel anxious now about not having my essentials because they won’t go through security Emma was so helpful she really made me feel cared for in a way that you almost never do these days.\\n\\nThis should be a service from boots at airports, customers build their bag online and collect after security. You could even give them contacts for local charities who will take the products at their destinations if they don’t want to travel back with them.\\n\\nSterling service from Emma.
