A great Premier Inn ideally located for NEC, airport, and The Belfry, clean tidy rooms, excellent VFM :-)Rooms: Clean, spacious, great shower, comfy bed

Quiet, clean room, was quite expensive-comfy beds, sheets given as duvet too hot. Needed more tea and coffee bits.Food & drinks: Went over to Beefeater pub, food bland and microwaved maybe so don't rely on eating there as hotel has no resteraunt but is nr Sainsbury Express and other shops.

Well where do I start there was blood on the bath mat there was rust on the towels a panel just fell off the wall. there were ripped towels. we paid for Wi-Fi which did not work. we ordered vegan breakfast for three people and the sausages were almost completely raw and had to be sent back, the staff were fine and polite... read full comment
