“23 of us had 15 rooms! From the cleaners to the front desk to the night manager the Staff bent over backwards to help and look after us. This care and great service was obvious when two of the rooms were booked into the wrong Premier Inn, the staff effortlessly transferred the booking so we could all stay together! 23 slightly merry guys with 23 comfy bed and a massive breakfast! The rooms were massive spotless and very well maintained, the TVs all worked and the lighting and heating was perfect! We would either come back next year or use another Premier again!! Thank you guys!”

“Premier inn is a Premier Inn I guess. This place ticked the boxes...The breakfast was served on site and not in a pub which was different to usual. It was really nice and the chef was so full of beans, she lifted you as soon as you arrived there regardless of how you felt that morning. The cost was crazy though!!”

“This hotel is in a great location for getting to the NEC. 10 minutes drive even in peak traffic. I have stayed at many premier inns, but have never come accross such friendly and happy staff who were only too willing to help. Stayed here 3 nights and customer service was consistently high. This started from the check in desk and continued in the beefeater restaurant at breakfast and dinner. The staff deserve a huge pat on the back for their consistency of delivering great customer service. Well done to all of you! I didn’t meet the chef , but the choice and quality of food was very good too. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my stay an enjoyable experience.”

“We visited the Bullshead in June for a meal. We were staying in a hotel close by as we were flying from Birmingham Airport the next morning. The setting and the pub/restaurant is lovely and we really enjoyed our meal there. This made it a lovely start to our holiday. What I hadn’t realised was that you can book a room there too. I a have now booked a room here next year to start our holiday. The other bonus is that is only a few miles from Birmingham Airport so it is really convenient.Food & drinks: We really enjoyed the meal we had”

“Stay here every few weeks and always greeted by the lovely Joanna who goes above and beyond and welcomes us all with smiles and her bubbly personality. Best Travelodge in the Midlands for her alone! The rooms are clean and spacious and well maintained”

“A wonderful hotel with very nice staff. I checked in late at night and had all my needs met. They front desk receptionist Mr Johnnie and team ensured we were comfortable . Security is top notch as the parking garage is around the corner and the security personnel operates the gate . There are convenience stores/restaurants across from the hotel . It’s walking distance or a 4 min drive to the bus /train station. They’re also kid/family friendly and serve breakfast if you pay for it.Overall a great experience . I highly recommend .Safety: Security personnel available for guest parkingWalkability: Close to stores and public transportation”

“Exceptional Customer Service from a man working in the receptionMy dad recently stayed at Premier Inn Coventry, and he accidentally left a hard drive storing family videos and images in his room. He asked me to find out if hotel found it and to try to get it sent to him. Thanks to the quick and efficient assistance of one of the male staff members in the reception, and the room cleaners who found the disk and gave it in, he was able to retrieve it promptly. Thank you so very much! Appreciate it”

“Its a Premiere Inn!Spacious rooms, great bed and power shower.Fast check in and checkout. No maid service unless you ask and a limited supply of consumables although you can top them up at reception. These little things help keep the room rate down so I can live with it.The building is a converted college in an, let's say, uninteresting area. The building is quite interesting and part of it looks to be still used as a college and possibly a theatre. If I'd been staying longer i would have asked about its history. There's only 1 pub with decent beer nearby. Head right to the Aardvark. Lots of takeaways nearby.Rooms: Room is a good size big comfortable bed. Quiet too. I slept well which is unusual when away from familiar surroundings. My room was mainly clean apart from dust on the top of the headboard and the upstand behind the desk. There was also significant black mould on the grout in the bathroom. Both could be quickly and easily remedied so not sure why it was left like that?No view to speak of from my room or any of them from what I could tell.Food & drinks: Good breakfast but be aware its made up to order and served to your table. That's not a bad thing unless you are in a mad rush. I really liked it.We ate in the restaurant twice on our 3 night stay upgrading to a meal deal 2nd time which made it great value for money. First time everything was fine but 2nd time one of the meals wasn't up to par. The friendly staff sorted that as soon as they were made aware.”

“Visited the leisure area with the purpose of a treatment for my disabled father for his birthday. He was a member for many years leisure and golf, sadly now due to failing mobility and dementia not able to get out. What could have been a disaster as the lift in hotel was out or order was made perfect by the manager Ross and therapist Paige. They were so obliging and managed to accommodate us downstairs! We then had lunch in Zest where again staff were so helpful, Ross checked in with us again and staff produced an ice cream with a candle and sang happy birthday! It was fabulous because of the staff! Overall dreadful accessibility”

“I was beyond relieved to arrive - on foot - in the rain - with my family and two dogs at half ten at night, after being broken down for 7 hours at the mercy of the incompetent RAC. The only thing they did so well was book us this room. The man on reception was lovely - really helpful and actually managed to make us laugh. The room, in our opinion is excellent value for money. It was clean and had good facilities and the room had even been set up for us. The sofa bed was out ready for our son. We are very grateful to the staff and if we are ever travelling this way again we would definitely stay here. Thank you!”
