“I emailed Premier Inn as we staying away for a sporting event which fell on my son's 13th birthday. I asked for recommendations of somewhere I could order balloons. Simon emailed back saying he would organise, and asked what son's favourite treat was. He kindly organised the balloons, chocolate and a card from premier inn. My son was so pleased with the surprised. I'm thankful for the kind gesture and brilliant communication from Simon. Highly recommend. Thank you Premier Inn and especially Simon.”

“During my work stay at the hotel, I found it to be convenient, clean, and with friendly staff. However, the food quality was lacking, and I believe hotels like Premier Inn should invest in improving it. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find that basic amenities such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, and slippers were not provided in the rooms.”
“Jack who was working on the 26th February was an absolute legend. Me my wife and boy come up to watch the mighty Maidstone in the FA Cup vs Coventry. He made us so welcome and took the extra time to talk to our boy about football and everything. He was very helpful and explained where everything was where we needed to go. When he left that night we were in the bar. He come and found us to say bye and shook all our hands. Great man and great customer service. You have a great colleague in Jack. Thank you for a wonderful stay.”

“Simple, done really well.Breakfast served till noon at weekends. Checkout by the unusually civil time of noon. Good free WiFi throughout. Hairdryer, kettle, extra pillows, shower gel and shampoo, decent blackout curtains in room, powerful shower. Ironing board, extra tea/coffee/milk available very quickly on request. Proactive and friendly staff.Short, direct walk to train station. Will definitely choose Ibis again. This is my second stay in an Ibis hotel (first was in Dusseldorf) and this stay proves to me that Ibis is just reliably good.”
“I was beyond relieved to arrive - on foot - in the rain - with my family and two dogs at half ten at night, after being broken down for 7 hours at the mercy of the incompetent RAC. The only thing they did so well was book us this room. The man on reception was lovely - really helpful and actually managed to make us laugh. The room, in our opinion is excellent value for money. It was clean and had good facilities and the room had even been set up for us. The sofa bed was out ready for our son. We are very grateful to the staff and if we are ever travelling this way again we would definitely stay here. Thank you!”
“Chesford Grange is a nice hotel, as I work for Ann Summers at home it was always nice to go to hotels for our twice annual celebratory events with my team. This was one of the lovely hotels we used for training/ events. Great time was had by all.”

“We stayed here on a coach trip. Real value for money. The staff stayed cheerful, special mention to Kyle who joked with us and kept the bacon filed up, despite being very busy. They ran out of an item on the menu but substituted and there was plenty to eat, buffet style. The reception staff were also helpful. Showers were hot a and room was clean. It is in the middle of Coventry so has easy access to tourist spots and shops but some rooms, not ours, could hear revellers in the street if they kept their windows open. If you want a quiet night remember to ask the staff when booking. Would stay again.Rooms: Clean and with drawers wardrobe, chairs, comfortable beds and spare pillow and blankets. TV. Decent size ensuite bathroom with bath/shower. Tea/coffee/kettle, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Plenty of plugs.Food & drinks: Canteen style but plentiful”
“We stayed here for two nights, and from the moment we checked in we couldn't fault it.
The staff were friendly, helpful and polite.
Rooms were clean and a very comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.
We had the added luxury of a window that opened plus a fan, very quiet and although right near a road no noise.
The restaurant is Beefeater right next door I have to give a shout out to our breakfast server Julie what a lovely lady so cheerful, friendly and helpful.
Food from breakfast to evening meal was fabulous highly recommend staying here and eating at the restaurant.”
