We stayed here for two nights, and from the moment we checked in we couldn't fault it.
The staff were friendly, helpful and polite.
Rooms were clean and a very comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.
We had the added luxury of a window that opened plus a fan, very quiet and although right near a road no noise.
The restaurant is Beefeater right next door I have to give a shout out to our breakfast server Julie what a lovely lady so cheerful, friendly and helpful.
Food from breakfast to evening meal was fabulous highly recommend staying here and eating at the restaurant.

The hotel is fine and pretty much what you should expect for a Premier Inn. My major issue with our stay was that the rooms were far too hot to be comfortable. It was a hot day in June and there is no air conditioning. As a result, we really did not sleep well, despite the provision of a fan. I might return, but definitely not in the summer. It was 29° in my daughter's room and 26° in our room.
There is an EV charger with 3 types of fast connectors. This worked well, and I charged my car quickly.
The breakfast is what you would expect. Not the top quality, but you get your money's worth

My husband & I have stayed at the Premier Inn at Balsall Common regularly over the last few years when visiting my elderly parents. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Last weekend I was greeted by name on arrival and Mia had allocated us our favourite room even though I'd forgotten to request it. Rooms are clean & comfortable and have what you need for an overnight stay.

Vey warm and welcoming staff rooms were very clean. We have stayed here in the past and it has always been the same. Would I recommend this premier yes I would, it's also very handy for the airport

Absolutely fabulous service and all staff member were keen to help with all my enquiries. Would highly recommend this premier inn as a place of stay and comfort. The food was perfect and the bar staff was fast with service, not keeping me waiting for my drinks. As I travelled for business I needed good service and wifi for my calls and computer work, can happily say this whole experience and stay with the premier inn at balsall common was a pleasure and will definitely be staying here again.

My husband and I booked here for a night for a good night's sleep before a family reunion the next day.
We were unaware there were extractor fans outside our bedroom window, that went off ALL NIGHT. We were SO tired we went to sleep and it was only when we woke (early) we realised what a disturbed night's sleep we had and why. I immediately complained to reception who gave me a contact number for the complaints line.
In order to make a noise complaint it has to be immediate, what if you've travelled for 4 hours, you're so exhausted and you're not completely aware of what is keeping you awake because you're trying to sleep!?
Awful policies / awful resolution of a customer complaint/ feedback - DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP WELL OR RECEIVE A GOOD SERVICE.

As always the staff are so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. What more do you need!!!

The service here is amazing. The Ricky was absolutely amazing and couldn?t have been more helpful when we realised we had been booked into the wrong hotel. I can?t recommend this place enough

It was a fantastic night upon arrival, was greeted and welcomed warmly, location is perfect easy to find. The rooms we pristine clean, beds were comfortable. Will definitely be staying again in the future.
