“Staff are extremely lovely, understanding, and accomodating. Saturday was a bit loud due to a birthday party being held here, but Sunday has been very chill. Sundays do not serve food past 4pm though.”

“23 of us had 15 rooms! From the cleaners to the front desk to the night manager the Staff bent over backwards to help and look after us. This care and great service was obvious when two of the rooms were booked into the wrong Premier Inn, the staff effortlessly transferred the booking so we could all stay together! 23 slightly merry guys with 23 comfy bed and a massive breakfast! The rooms were massive spotless and very well maintained, the TVs all worked and the lighting and heating was perfect! We would either come back next year or use another Premier again!! Thank you guys!”

“Very helpful in the store in choosing a bed (we had issues with access). From visiting the store to delivery 2 days, now that`s service. Very reasonable prices, would recommend a visit. Bed was easily assembled and looks great. Big thanks to Shawn`s Furniture staff.”

“Premier inn is a Premier Inn I guess.This place ticked the boxes...The breakfast was served on site and not in a pub which was different to usual. It was really nice and the chef was so full of beans, she lifted you as soon as you arrived there regardless of how you felt that morning.The cost was crazy though!!”

“I come from London and this store reminds me of stores in Green Street, Upton Park. I'll always try there first for anything I need. Staff can be dismissive sometimes but I always put them straight and demand good customer service. Everyone has bad days. Timing is everything to avoid the crowds. I can recommend that they put hand sanitisers at the entrance but I carry my own and my mask. After 5 years of using this store, they recognise me and I'm disabled and I've never had a problem with staff. I go in, get what I want and then leave simple. Before the virus, I'd spend time wandering around the store but nowadays, in and out. Everything under one roof, easier for me and they have their own car park, which helps.”

“I have been to three different Dunelm stores in the past 2 days and I must say the Coventry one is by far the best one and I have travelled on purpose to go there. Space is well organised and there are many discounts and offers. One of the people there was so nice that made us order a missing curtain online, pay through their iPad and collect from the store in Rugby ( the closest to us). 5 stars well deserved.”

“This hotel is in a great location for getting to the NEC. 10 minutes drive even in peak traffic. I have stayed at many premier inns, but have never come accross such friendly and happy staff who were only too willing to help. Stayed here 3 nights and customer service was consistently high. This started from the check in desk and continued in the beefeater restaurant at breakfast and dinner. The staff deserve a huge pat on the back for their consistency of delivering great customer service. Well done to all of you! I didn’t meet the chef , but the choice and quality of food was very good too. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my stay an enjoyable experience.”

“Positive experience of Central Six store, though experience is not all positive .... the volume of packaging is enormous and warranty states all return in original packaging, clearly not practical. And packaging damage is common, though products are well packed.”
