Thank you sooo much for your help w something not too many associates will help and that too over a phone on the understanding of direct debit payments I have done on a bed purchase back in 2023 !!! You were patient , persistent ( w the computer and my request) to find my records and give me all I wanted to know about debits being done on my bank account; to know if I have been overcharged or not

So, guys, buying a bed / matteress go ask for
Wendy as she does no only help prospective customers but also answers calls of customers she has not sold beds but helps in finding their invoice n bank payments by being on call for 20 mins and SOLVED my issue

I need one more bed and I aurely coming in and asking for Wendy !!

“We held our football club (Leamington Hibernian) presentation night at this superb venue.

The staff were excellent in the build up to the event and on the night, making the team feel really welcome.

The food was perfect on the night, plenty for the team to select from and of high quality.

Thanks again for hosting and making this event a successful one for the club. We really appreciated how hard everyone worked behind the scenes and front of house at your venue.

“Took my car for a damaged on the bumper and a new lens. Stuart is the most down to earth and genuine guy that I have met. The price he quoted was very competitive. The job was immaculately done. 3 days after I picked my car, he rang to apologise to say that he had charge me too much and that he would refund me £50. “Stayed one night. The room was exactly as described and I could not really fault it. Maybe a little on the small side but it was clean, everything worked, the bed was comfortable, the were loads of sockets, the shower was excellent. Front reception and the entrance off the street are a bit off putting but the staff were fine. Breakfast was OK if a little 'portion control' but everything was available and the staff were friendly.”

“An excellent 3 night stay, we'll definitely use this hotel again.
I visit Leamington spa quite a bit but hadn't used this Travelodge before, was really impressed by it though & won't hesitate to book another stay.
Worked out about £70 per night for our twin room on the third floor, which is the upgrade room type. Very quiet all 3 nights with no disturbance or noise. The WiFi is included in with the upgrade rooms & that was really good/strong signal. Bed's nice & comfy to get a good night's sleep. Location is brilliant as is right in the heart of the town so shops, restaurants, bus stop are right there as soon as you step outside the door. Train station is an easy 5 mins walk away, as is the local theatre for live music. A nice couple of parks are so close by too if you want a stroll.
The building itself is a really old hotel that the company has taken on & you can therefore see the nice, old decor throughout - Fab stained glass windows, beautiful staircases, high ceilings, solid walls etc.
Staff were good - the guy that checked us in - Sri - we saw each day, he was great & very friendly.
On the whole we couldn't fault anything & we'll book again next time we're in the lovely area of Leamington spa.
