Always closing doors earlier than times stated on the board outside, one of the staff members stands in front of doors once closing them 5/10 minutes earlier then stated and face away from the door. Yesterday at 11:17 I ordered £42 worth of drinks which I paid £1 for it to be delivered between 5PM-7PM I stayed in ALL DAY for it not to be delivered & at 9PM the driver has the absolute cheek to ring & say the van broke down as I went to speak they put the phone down I tried calling back they deliberately kept cutting... read full comment
