One of the worst online delivery experiences I have ever experienced, do not order online from this store, they advertise same day delivery but will cancel your order, when they can't be asked to deliver it.

Online order?. 3 items came damaged an eggs were everywhere, tried calling the shop all evening no answer got through the next day a was delivered items again. Now my daughter has opened a multipack of crisps and they are over 2 weeks out of date an the yogurts we?re delivered with same day dates it?s been 2 days now and still the shop isn?t answering absolutley shocking

It s about an online order. There are 3 missing items and I have been chasing 3 times and it took a month and still not receiving them so i made the final call and asked for a refund. After going through all the details for the 3rd times, the staff said I could get a refund, but then there s been miscommunication about the quantity of one item. I corrected her and she asked me to wait and put me on hold. Now it s already 30 mins on the phone, looks like she s not coming back. The experience is nothing but unpleasant. It s such a waste of my time. I will never order again.

Good store for snacks and frozen foods. I'm disappointed with the ice lolly section, as they used to have much more choice before.

Always closing doors earlier than times stated on the board outside, one of the staff members stands in front of doors once closing them 5/10 minutes earlier then stated and face away from the door. Very unprofessional ignoring customers knocking on the doors to ask why the doors are closed 5/10 minutes before closing time stated. Please check your cameras for this Sunday 22nd October, what time the front doors are locked stopping customers entering.

Yesterday at 11:17 I ordered £42 worth of drinks which I paid £1 for it to be delivered between 5PM-7PM I stayed in ALL DAY for it not to be delivered & at 9PM the driver has the absolute cheek to ring & say the van broke down as I went to speak they put the phone down I tried calling back they deliberately kept cutting my calls off. I texted the number that called me & said what a time to tell me the van broke down at 9PM and to call customer service which baring in mind it shuts at 5PM so I left it till this morning. Rang the driver again kept cutting my calls, rang Icelands many times, sent them an email & filled a form out on the website to make a complaint! So I rang my bank and surprise surprise they?ve brought my stuff without any update. Absolutely shocking of a company & you charge me £1 for packing my items and the 4 packets of energy drinks I brought come in bags you?d get in packages that protect the stuff from breaking. You certainly didn?t pack my waters or Pepsi max so where do you get off charging me for it? Absolute joke & the staff are so rude and arrogant! Definitely won?t be using Icelands again. Open 9AM - 5PM weekends and don?t answer for the life of them. I will be taking this further and I have screenshots and proof that this happened so don?t try to lie or anything of the sort because you as a company are unreliable and have no brain cells between the lot of you.
