“I would just like to say farmfoods on holderness road hull the staff are all amazing they will always go out there way to help you even if it's just arrived on there delivery always so organised and clean in that store .but one special worker there will go further out her way is lady called jess the way she makes that store extra special enjoyable to shop there everything in that store is so organised and clean jess is a fantastic lady makes farmfoods and her staff enjoyable to shop there. I do wish tho they would fetch the security staff back to the store tho . “very nice grocery store, right on high street in kings heath. great variety in frozen foods, pizzas and ice creams as well as other treats and desserts. love to shopping over there for my weekly list or something or unplanned cooking!”

“I came in last Tuesday at a particularly busy hour, and upon requiring assistance with my shopping I approached a young lady by the name of Emily, when she seemed especially preoccupied doing customer orders, when approached she was especially attentive and extremely happy and eager to help, with her help I definitely found the items a lot quicker than if I was on my own! She is a credit to the store and staff, I came back in yesterday morning to do a top up shop and again she was there and withheld the same attitude to service as she did on the Tuesday and provided a great deal of help.

“A good range of products here, considering the size of the store. Free limited car parking is a bonus. I must admit when I've needed help here it's usually given with a general interest, but occasionally it can be half hearted depending on who is working.”

“Great customer service. Husband left some property at one of the tills. Phoned the store the day after (middle of a busy Saturday morning) and a member of staff -sadly didnt get his name- spent a good few minutes trying to find it for us. Didn't have to - they must have been busy but greatly appreciated .”

“Very easy on a round trip from aldi to pick up the branded things you can't get. You get 30 mins free parking but it's always worth adding the extra 50p”

“Staff really friendly, helpful and polite will happy go check out the back for something if not on shopfloor. Checks can some times need extra staff as most of the time there is only 1 person on check out and can get very busy but otherwise great place to shop”

“Can't fault the places very good branch plenty of parking available reasonably priced up item alot cheaper on some item than your major supermarket brought alot snacks for work special offers on items as well recommend Dubai chocolate cookies if not sold out of plenty frozen halal items for Muslim to try out fried chicken meat donner etc”

“Again, not as much choice here as in other branches because it's smaller. I got a small discount because I'm over 65, I must look it as I didn't say anything nor did I expect it, and I haven't got a loyalty card or anything. The cashier must have taken pity on me.”

“I shopped at farm foods Newtown recently, and I was so impressed by my experience with shop assistant Sanj. He was so helpful and easy to talk to, I just had to write a review.
If all shop assistants/managers were that helpful, we would all enjoy shopping a lot more.

“Stocked full of frozen food, very good value on a Tuesday if you have an OAP to bring along for 10% straight off the bill plus excellent multi-buy deals from the moment you enter the shop.”

“Even though the staff are very friendly there is always not enough checkout staff available. There is always a queue and it is half way around the shop before another checkout person arrives”

“I shop at Soho road branch almost everyday staff are friendly always willing to help . Tills run smoothly especially when busy . I would like to give a shout out to a lady that works on the tills I think her name is Hyacinth always has a smile when greeting customers credit to the store .”

“The usual Iceland store with the addition of a Halal section by Worldwide Foods. If they named it Asian rather than Halal it may have been better as there are not many exclusive Halal products in this small section.There is always a bunch of unwanted people hanging outside the store then where are they not on the High Street”

“Good local shop to get a lot of your grocery from. Shelves always stocked. Very good value for money. Only downside ( hence 4* ) is the parking. I am afraid it is non existent but Heron Foods cannot do anything to put that right”

“Great store, usually the shelves are full. The only downside is sometimes the staff be on the phones and only 1 till is open (at the times I visit, generally around 6 onwards). Would be useful to open up another, as there do be other staff present. Even if it is just to help reduce the queue times.”
