I'm a little disappointed, I've had good experiences at other CeX stores. I to my Mac in to be priced and it took 2 hours, I don't live close so I waited only to be told my Find My was left on it (this is fair enough but no help on how to take it off, I googled it in the end and I could have done it right there in store)... read full comment

The staff at this CeX are lovely. Never had a bad experience here, although reviews may disagree with me. The staff have to deal with a lot from customers as I’ve seen in store myself, and people expect too much from a small branch such as this. Keep the hard work up guys, your regulars see you and appreciate you ❤️

Horrible experience. Wanted to return a phone within return period of 14 days... They didn't accepted, offered only to buy a phone back but for half price. Rubbish total. Never will use cex again.
