“Went in after I received message about possibly lower phone tariff. The assistant Rhys was brilliant, he was efficient and competent resulting in a new MUCH lower tariff for MUCH more data. 10 out of 10 to him, he did his corporate built in sales pitch to me to comply with his management instructions. Sour side is how was my previous tariff so high, I would have been recommended it last visit !!”

“EE NETWORK is a joke after joined with BT. Was 100mbps++ for my mobile phone now gone downhill even it said got 5G signal for household broadband. Luckily I didn’t sign up for broadband.”

“Went in today even though I wasn’t with EE but still needed help with my phone and the sim as it wasn’t working, I was helped by Jamie and the manager (I didn’t catch his name) and they where both great and helped me as much as they could and actually resolved my issue even though I’m not with EE great guys even just helping with the stress of not having a working phone 10/10”
