“The reversing light on my care wentout while I was out shopping, and the only place I thought would be Halfords in Newport. I am so happy there are there. I arrived at the store and went in, and I was immediately asked if I needed any help, I told the gentleman about my problem, he said he would get somebody to check it. Within minutes a young man came to me and we went to my care and he identified the problem and fixed it without any problem. I was so pleased and impressed, I thought I would leave a review. Also, the lady on the till was charming, and we even had a little giggle. Thank you Halfords.”

“Looking for a new larder Fridge. Had the one I wanted in stock. Helpful sales assistant. Delivered on the day I wanted and old one and packaging removed. Can't fault.”

“I don't normally leave reviews but I felt I needed to me and my partner with two of our children went there yesterday ended up getting a fair bit where we couldn't manage to get it to the car ? the staff and I think the store manager went above and beyond even standing out in the rain helping pack my car. I can not thank them enough they were amazing and a real credit to the store. Definitely made my experience that much better. Nothing was to much trouble.”

“Bought a new TV from the Newport store. Didn’t really know which one to get or which one was suited best. JAKE was amazing and really helpful, really informed us about the different types of TV’s. “Although has a flat wheelchair accessible entrance, has manually wooden doors. You could struggle if there is no-one to help you in. The store is wheelchair accessible throughout. The back of the store is on two different levels. There is a ramp up to the left side but if you want to go to the right side you have to come down and go round.”
