The assistant Rhys was brilliant, he was efficient and competent resulting in a new MUCH lower tariff for MUCH more data. 10 out of 10 to him, he did his corporate built in sales pitch to me to comply with his management instructions. Sour side is how was my previous tariff so high, I would have been recommended it last visit !!”
