Went in today for a look and my god it was filthy dust everywhere tissue all over the floor the staff that where there was just standing round felt very dirty and run down

NOT Disabled friendly! Visited the Bridgend store on 3 occasions over last 6 weeks and the lift is constantly out of order! As all mens clothing is on 1st floor and also click & collect, therefore excluding me from shopping. Staff (if you can find any) are not interested and say it's out of their control! Should be ashamed.... read full comment

Store doesn't open until 10:30 on a Sunday not 10am as I had the misfortune to find out....
