“Staff helpful and friendly but when I visited the changing rooms were not available due to covid even though other stores were offering this facility. Lack of flexibility to reflect what was happening in the stores around them. After several purchases and quick visits to the toilet block to try on clothes we abandoned M\\u0026S and made purchases elsewhere.”

“Had what we went there for lovely Christmas decorations could have spent loads .my only complaint was thing on the shelves with the wrong price ticket .After I paid was told I could put them back and have a refund but I didn't as it take 3 / 7 days to go back on you're bank card”
