“It was great to come back here on our trip to South Wales, not been here since my last holiday down to South Wales in 2019. It’s largely the same, lovely shops and people but the food court has now been replaced a which I think is a big downgrade. Overall, still a great place to visit.”

“My husband and myself really enjoy visiting McArthur Glen for various reasons. At the moment though, I am absolutely disgusted that the lease for Sidoli's restaurant is not being renewed, giving them a closing date of 23rd February. Small independent businesses have a hard enough time as it is, but to close down what appears to be a thriving business, it's alway busy, is shameful. I hope enough people see this and object to the closure as I do.”

“Fantastic choice of bags and shoes. I was served by Matthew who went above and beyond before I purchased a pair of shoes. Tried to match them with a bag and as they didn't have one he messaged the staff in Carvela (as he knew there were bags to match, so they sent photos) and they put away a bag for me. I went over there straight away and purchased the bag. I was served by Shannon who was also very helpful. Would highly recommend.”

“I couldn't find my size so a super helpful assistant offered to look out the back, she came back with what I wanted, then my daughter couldn't find her size on the shopfloor and again we asked the same assistant and she went to check, and sure enough she came back with the goods. Two pairs of excellent, comfy trainers purchased, thanks to the lovely Kayleigh in the Bridgend store”

“Looking for shoes summer to winter boots then this is a good place to come and look, even for kids only thing with school shoes not much of a choice unfortunately came here last week with my son and just could not find any so ashame”
“Had an issue with the zip on a summer coat I bought 13 months previously. I hadn’t worn it much because it was bought in October. However, the team did the right thing by me and replaced the coat, with hardly any questions, and minimal fuss.I cannot fault this kind of service. Would highly recommend this store.”

“Staff helpful and friendly but when I visited the changing rooms were not available due to covid even though other stores were offering this facility. Lack of flexibility to reflect what was happening in the stores around them. After several purchases and quick visits to the toilet block to try on clothes we abandoned M\\u0026S and made purchases elsewhere.”

“Visited to buy hand luggage bags ready for our trip to Spain in April. There were plenty of sale offers throughout the shop for all types of shoes and sports clothing. I found a travel bag reduced from £27.99 to £9.99 what a bargain. Well worth a visit.”
