Returned a deep fat fryer due to fault, manager took it apart even plugged it in to see if the element headed up, touching it with his fingers then eventually agreed it was faulty and refunded, pretty embarrassing standing in front of customers waiting for this jobsworth manager trying to electrocute himself or prove me... read full comment
