Reserved quite an expensive item which was on sale, however overnight the item was back to full price which I wasn't aware of before going in store to pick up and pay for. Got a bit of a shock at the till when they asked for £699 and I explained that at the time of reserving it was only priced at £499. The young lad at the till was so good about it, he went to check up the price from the time I reserved and honoured my transaction at the sale price. The staff are so helpful, friendly and professional and put me at ease in what could have turned out a very awkward moment! I wouldn't think twice now about ordering more things in this Argos store as I am confident that it will be a breeze if I need something in a hurry instead of relying on Amazon and the likes. I like to shop as local as I can to help keep these fab lads and lasses in their jobs. Thanks for all your help today guys, you are champs!”
