My wife and I were so pleased with the amount of stock available on-site, Rob offered us a great deal on a couple of sofas so we signed up and now look forward to our delivery date.We both would certainly recommend a visit to this store.”

“Top notch service from Argos today. Reserved quite an expensive item which was on sale, however overnight the item was back to full price which I wasn't aware of before going in store to pick up and pay for. Got a bit of a shock at the till when they asked for £699 and I explained that at the time of reserving it was only priced at £499.
The young lad at the till was so good about it, he went to check up the price from the time I reserved and honoured my transaction at the sale price. The staff are so helpful, friendly and professional and put me at ease in what could have turned out a very awkward moment! I wouldn't think twice now about ordering more things in this Argos store as I am confident that it will be a breeze if I need something in a hurry instead of relying on Amazon and the likes. I like to shop as local as I can to help keep these fab lads and lasses in their jobs. Thanks for all your help today guys, you are champs!”

“I don't know why people write reviews complaining about the high interest payments BH charge on their goods as it's all laid out clearly and simply when you take out a contract. They offer credit to people who have a poor rating and I suppose they have to offset the risks in some way. I have nothing but positive comments about the service I've received from my local branch (South Shields).”

I can't reccomend this place enough.You can find pretty much anything in here.Recently purchased a Digital record player for £15, a Large, Fluffy Rug for the same, a huge bookshelf for £25, a Glass and Metal TV stand for £1, a cig port powered heated massage lumbar support cushion for driving at £5, a bathroom shelving unit for £3, and I'll be back for more soon enough.Can't get enough of this place.Delivery rates are very reasonable as well.I'd like to tackle the poor reviews about the delivery guys, since people seem to be uninformed. They're not BHF Delivery guys.This is an external commpany that BHF use, and so BHF can't make them do anything they don't want to so don't give BHF a bad rating for something beyond their control.They're great at delivering and they're both friendly and professional. As far as I'm concerned; there's not a complaint to be made about them.”
