Lad with the ginger hair and earrings is an absolute legend. Really attentive and canny really helps you and gives you great guidance. He is an asset to the branch and it’s seems like they would be lost without him. Didn’t catch his name but thank you kind fellow.

New branch and you would think improved service - but no, they have made it so hard to do business here. Having banked with Lloyds since my youth it is getting harder to go into the bank and just complete a transaction ie withdraw deposit or even make a transfer from one account to another - it appears to be a deliberate...
