Called to branch closed for refurbishment no notice given of closure and no opening date advised several customers stood outside disgusted by Barclays lack of information. I have been with them for almost 50yrs and cannot believe how customers are treated .

Had an issue opening additional account in the app. Went into branch and was dealt with by Ben. Resolved the issue within a matter of minutes to allow the account to be opened and also provided some handy advice on getting the best out of the app and directions to more help on smart investor - great service
