I am writing to share a disappointing experience I had at your (Argos Epsom) (Sainsbury’s) location on 26th August 2025. I arrived at approximately 8:55 PM intending to purchase a toy for my daughter, but was met with an unexpectedly unwelcoming interaction from the store manager, (SONIYA).
I've been here a few times and Clyde has been on the till. First time was really busy but he dealt with everyone efficiently and we were soon on or ways.
