We where allowed to look around and see what one she liked.
She chose a mattress we then ordered and arranged a delivery slot.

“I needed some rubber seals for my sink waste pipes and went to my local plumbing shop in Worcester Park who told me that you can't get them without purchasing a complete waste pipe set (which I did and it was totally the wrong one). I wasn't happy with this information that was given to me from a very experienced sales person so hence I went to HPS in Epsom and was served by a young lady (I think she is called Emily) who went straight over to a shelf in the store and provided me with the rubber washers that I needed without any issues (these are the washers that I was told in the local Worcester Park store that were unavailable on their own). I was so impressed with the service that I received from HPS that I will only use them from now onwards and will be recommending them to all my friends and family.”

I was struggling to find a specific toy for my little brother's birthday, and one of the employees, a young man with curly hair, went above and beyond to help me. He was incredibly patient, checked the stock in the system, and even offered suggestions when the toy I wanted was out of stock. He was super friendly and really made my shopping trip stress-free. The operator was friendly and reassuring. Went to collect item this evening and the staff were all helpful and efficient.
