My father who has no online profile and no internet has been looked after professionally with care and consideration. In this computerised world, in which he feels lost at times, he has been given expert financial advice and not been made to feel at a disadvantage.We cannot thank Nat West Bury staff enough for assisting in enabling my parents to live independently at the ages of 96 and 89.We hope the Nat West realised what amazing staff it has and we send you our gratitude and sincere thanks.”
“Myself and my sister visited HSBC Bury St Edmunds two weeks ago so that my sister could open a bank account having recently returned to the uk! Having completed all the forms we were told to wait for a confirmation email and account details in the post … over a week later .. nothing! My husband called into the branch to check on status and was told account was open and that info would be sent and confirmation email sent .. again nothing! So today we called in again and thank god Thomas Cox was working … within 30 mins account opened, money paid in, online banking sorted … Thank you Thomas .. you are a credit to the branch!!”

“The best store in town to grab something quick or a drink. The owners are the nicest people and are always friendly. Make you feel at home. I have been going here for five years and unfortunately only have one year left in England but I can assure you that I will miss this place when I leave.”

“Probably one of the better supermarkets in bury. staff are helpful. shelves can seem quite empty at times what can be annoying but if lots of people are shopping there its to be expected. like alot of the other supermarkets cages/order picking trolleys are just left about the aisles which can pose a health hazard to shoppers”

“It was great to be able to re visit this cafe, which looks like it has been refurbished whilst closed. I so missed the fruit loaf, and was keen to have this. My husband had a good English breakfast. The coffee was really tasty too. Whilst I am not a great fan of ‘self clearing’ if they want customers to do that they need to leave trays with the food, or put trays in the self clearing racks.”

“Handy fuel station. Always clean and staff are polite. There is a loo inside. Outside as well as fuel pumps there is air and water and also a jet wash facilities. I will definitely be using this fuel station again.”
