“Awesome shop with low and reasonable prices. Also, if your more of a Co-Op fan, they sell Co-Op products as the shop was one of the 298 Co-Ops that McColls bought in 2016. Would definitely recommend this shop. Also, kind staff, slushies and a cash machine.”
“Went into Wellingborough branch today 25/6/22 to do a bank transfer and the cashier was so warm and friendly in her approach and took the time to go through the process. Following this I spoke to some on the advice desk who yet again, she took the time to look at whether I had access to online banking/linked me into a training slot re safe Internet banking and went through savings options and processes etc I was treated with warmth and respect and the staff I meet today are a real credit to the branch. This is one of the reasons I have always used nationwide as there staff and second to none!”

“Staff are lovely! Was dealt with by a most delightful young lady this week who was just so polite professional and helpful. The lovely lady branch manager is just so well organised. At the height of the current situation she made sure that quees were kept to a minimum. And waiting times were minimal. The branch manager always looks happy and smiley! Lovely branch!”

“Ground floor building, not a very big bank, floor space just about accessible for wheelchair users and mums with pushchairs. Meet and greet friendly, helpful staff at entrance to help with pointing you to an area for your needs. Due to bank closures, can be very busy and overwhelming and very hot due to building size. Building was not designed for today's needs that's for sure, but the staff do their very best. Hence only 4 stars”

“Massive thankyou to Debs who went above and beyond her duty today. My van was running on fumes after my sat nav sent me to 3 petrol stations that no longer sell fuel. I walked to Raunds BP and that wasn't dispensing fuel. After talking with staff ,Debs told me to wait till her shift ended and she drove me into town to buy a jerry can, then to a petrol station then back to my van. Shes is a legend and i am so grateful. Employee of the year candidate for sure”

“It is a lovely store. The only thing that seriously let's it down is the stupid car Park layout. It is dangerous in my view. Seems to be designed on a kiddies toy. It needs an out route as well as an in, not in and outbound on one narrow road.”

“Popped in today to put a cheque in but I've never used one of the machines to do it. I mentioned this to the lovely lady on the counter and she grabbed the manager to show me how to do it. He was really nice and patient showing me what I need to do and was really thorough. As I left the lady behind the counter gave me a big smile.. it was a nice experience for an anxious customer. Lovely staff. Thankyou!”
