“Had to visit Shell garage/Co-op in Barton Seagrave unexpectedly today & I just had to write this review. The staff there were so lovely & got me out of a sticky situation! Richard & his boss were so helpful, they went above & beyond to help me on such a hot day. I would’ve been in a mess without them. Thanks so much guys, so appreciated. ??Also the garage was noticeably clean inside & out…nice to see! ??????”

“I love all the staff that work there, always bubbly, especially caroline, I know she always has customers waiting until she’s able to serve them. First time I’ve seen that in any bank. Olivia is lovely as well, every smiley and helpful. Between those two they bring a lovely atmosphere into their work place, which is lovely to see. Love going in to see them both. Definitely would advice to bank with Santander too, I’ve never had a problem with them at all, security is brilliant there, which is more than what I can say for most banks.”

“UN BELIVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICEWe were victims of a fraud of significant money on the 29th April, we realised the crime and ran to the Lloyds Local Kettering branch. The wonderful lady at the welcome point(sorry we missed her name) helped us 100% of her ability, she perfectly understood our frustration and helped us. 2 minutes after the Manager came to the office first thing manager said" we are here to help you", now on the 9th of May we got our full refund back. HUGE THANK YOU MANAGER AND THE WONDERFUL LADY. I my self a Guest Relations Manager in an International company.I have no other words to thank you moreThank you again Claude”

“I had a bad experience with a worker ther in this branch aaround 4 yrs ago. She was middle aged with shrt drk hair, was abrupt nd not interested in helpin me. After moving my account I went back to the branch this month and hd a really gd experience. The girls on the money desk hd fun nd it felt a hppy place nd they helpd me open my account on the tablet. Seems like a much better place than it was befor.”

Been super Helpful, Nothing is too much trouble and above all Nationwide Make you feel Very Valued to be a Member.This is not a Bank Remember, Nationwide is a Building Society.
