“Our favourite store to go to, we like to get their take away pizzas. Today the counter was closed sadly and nobody could really tell me whether they will reopen or not. I've noticed lady who worked there previously who was in bakery this time. I asked her about the situation and she very kindly offer to come and make me two pizzas despite being busy with other stuff. Her name is Lucia and she's always going extra mile in what she does always with a big smilesl as well!! Thank you Lucia ??!!!”

“I tried a few times to try and set up a standing order (SO) using the new Santander app even though the instructions are very easy to follow. However, it warned at the end that it may not have been successful so I had to go into the branch to ask them to set it up. Kind of defeats the object of online banking but to be honest I prefer going to a bank if I need to. The cashier was welcoming and very helpful. Although they were unsure why the app did not work they were able to set up the SO for me immediately. Couldn't ask for smoother customer service carried out with a smile. Thank you.”
“I visited the Kettering branch earlier today as I needed to change my account. Lovely to be able to have face to face, very rare these days. I was attended to by a lovely lady called Masala, she was outstanding. Polite, helpful, considerate and very informative . She answered all my questions, explained step by step what she needed to ask me and the transaction was done very quickly and easy. Thank you so very much. “I love all the staff that work there, always bubbly, especially caroline, I know she always has customers waiting until she’s able to serve them. First time I’ve seen that in any bank. Olivia is lovely as well, every smiley and helpful. Between those two they bring a lovely atmosphere into their work place, which is lovely to see. Love going in to see them both. Definitely would advice to bank with Santander too, I’ve never had a problem with them at all, security is brilliant there, which is more than what I can say for most banks.”

“Hi, my name is Sue and I spoke to one of your colleagues today on the phone at Kettering branch named Gareth.
My brother has been unwell for some time and
he could not manage his banking on his phone as he used to.
I tried to sort out the telephone banking for him but i'm not very good with the apps.
Gareth talked me through the procedure several times. Eventually I managed to install the app for my brother and the online banking stuff. Every time I did it wrong, and there were several, Gareth patiently talked me through the procedure again.
I am very grateful to Gareth for sparing the time to make sure we were both ok and the job was done.
