“Over the past twelve years we’ve bought six pairs of boots between our family of five and been fitted in four retail outlets in two continents and innumerable rental stores in France, French, Canadian and US resorts-I know, life is hard right?With every local ski store near us closing, and having to buy boots for our youngest we went to Ellis Brigham In Tamworth.Booking the slot online was easy and we turned up early aiming to ski for a bit before the fitting. However the earlier appointment was a no show and we were welcomed to start straight off.Simply put, Sophia was fantastic. Measured and explained an everything to our 19 year old, who’d been skiing since age three, suggested three makes and off we went. She then spent almost four hours with us and we tried on six different boots in two different sizes. Each boot had the liner removed, a shell fit done and was tried with and without sure fit footbeds.No hard sell, we opted for custom footbeds and purchased a pair of Salomon boa 105 flex gw boots. The fit was great out of the box. With moulding and custom beds my daughter was ecstatic-she finally has some comfy, good looking, performance boots.The process was polite, friendly, professional and immensely patient.Cannot recommend this store highly enough. The staff are all very experienced snow sport’s professionals but give you far more time and care than many other outlets.If you want a nice boot, go to Ellis Brigham Tamworth.”

“It's a Wilko, always clean and tidy and the staff are always polite and helpful. Good variety of items and great prices on most things. Don't forget the Pic 'n' Mix offers on school holidays. The retail park it's in can get quite busy but if you pick your times it's a good overall site.”

“Great shopping experience at Blacks, as always. I had plenty of time that allowed me to browse the shop targeting men's wear. After just a couple of minutes of my entry I've found my brand new shoes from Merrell, then a couple of aisles searching through the sales and completely everything on offer of 30% off closing down sale I found my new T-shirt and a winter coat. There are a lot of goods for sale so there is your chance to get a few quality items yourselves. There was a young team taking care of me assisting and allocating my shoes from the warehouse. It took me some time to decide what t-shirt to buy, I found my winter coat on the way. Thank you.”

Tracey was brilliant, very patient, very thorough & explained how the bra needs to fit. I have been to other stores for Bra fitting & they have not been as thorough or the right fitted, as the ones I brought on Wed from M & S. The service & support from Tracey was outstanding.”
