“The service was amazing Sam was great his colleagues had both phoned in sick and he had to deal with 3 of us simultaneously. Even though his time was shared he paid great attention to detail and was insistent that he got the boot as close to perfection as possible. I went home with a pair of boots and after wearing at home for a couple of hours I felt I needed adjustment.Once I returned Sam went through the entire process with me again and now I have a pair of boots that feel great. I really can’t recommend highly enough.”

“Some great items in the new year's sale, and some good value clothing in the range they have available. Homewares are perhaps not as good, but there are some good items of you look hard enough. Definitely worth using your Matalan card for extra discounts and rewards.”

I have purchased lots of food/freezer storage items from here. I am always satisfied with the quality of my purchases from here. A lack of some quality cycle parking at this store is the only thing that lets it down.”

I was shopping in Tamworth Ventura JD on 04 of Oct 23 in the late evening with a group of disabled young adults. The staff is the shop was absolutely amazing ? ? They went an extra 100 miles.
