My daughter and I booked a boot fitting session. Excellent customer service. Couldn't do enough for us and no hard sell. In fact, my daughter couldn't find a suitable pair (high instep) and the fitter recommended an alternative boot they didn't stock even sourcing it for us.

The staff have got decades of experience between them, and they love being able to try out new kit in the Snowdome as soon as it comes out, which means they're a fountain of knowledge for skiing and boarding hardware. This store also offers free demos for the latest equipment, so if you're thinking of buying a new set up, make sure you get down to the store, talk to the experts and try out all the options before you buy.
