Sadly, the Manager on shift today was rude and unprofessional (with another customer whilst I was present also). I was asked the reason for returning an item, to which he replied my reason was wrong. Ordered wardrobes online, order was incomplete and been waiting 7 days for my order to be collected and I've called 3 times to sort this. I'm £300 down and stuck with 2 half orders of wardrobes.
