“Our objective was to pick up a click and collect, immediately on entering the store a staff member asked if we were here for click and collect or just shopping, we answered "both" so she took our name so the item would be at the checkout waiting for us, I know it's only a little thing but it shows an extra level of customer care, we also found the other item we needed with help from another member of staff, the store is clean and bright and the coffee bar upstairs was worth the visit too”
