“Great carparks.lots of disabled parking easy accessible entrance and lots of large lifts.The market place is great and always lots of reduced items.The bargain area near check out is always full but the prices differ greatly one week to the next. example 3 times purchased a display made up deep box for £1.50 with you expect for an ex display box with tags or stickers on it however last visit they wanted £5 omg I mean it's a ex display box . The restaurant is always busy even on quieter days never enough staff on serving or cash out always long questions to pay by which time your food is cold despite offering food covers.my last visit the food in the supposedly heated servers were very cold the gravy was that cold it coagulation in to a mushy mess. I should have taken it back it was inedible . The value for money on food especially with a family card is really good”

Not only is it very functional space, it has also created a very attractive room. We looked at kitchens in a few “DIY sheds” they couldn’t deliver what we needed in a quirky old cottage and the price difference wasn’t going to be much less. We also looked at other bespoke designers, who were more interested in selling us their favourite products, rather than listening to what we wanted. Whereas we have a high quality, well designed kitchen, installed by craftsmen, who delivered exactly what we asked for. Reputations are earned over a long time and David has certainly earned his excellent reputation. We have no hesitation in recommending his talented team.”

“Decent shop, shame about the middle-aged Irish woman on the customer service desk with an attitude. Don't think she'd speak the way she does to customers asking questions about membership cards and click and collect in the way she does in front of management two weeks before a pay review, I'll put it that way.

Anything was too much trouble, sorry I don't understand how your membership card numbers and vouchers. Good job it's not your job to explain that to customers, make them feel welcome and be polite.. oh wait.”

After visiting a number of different companies re kitchens Laura was a breath of fresh air, no pressure and we felt confident we were getting what we wanted at the best price. “Bought a corner sofa + storage footstool from here and absolutely love it. We have had it about 3 weeks now. On the 7th week from ordering we got a phone call to deliver it on the 8th week. Two guys carried it in, put it all together and put it where we wanted it and got rid of all the rubbish too.Man in the shop was also very helpful too and pointed out the storage footstool that they could order in most fabrics as this sofa didn't actually come with a storage footstool and that is what we wanted.(Sorry didn't get any names)Very comfy sofa we love it thankyou!”

“Lovely staff. My partner and I bought a lot of high quality furniture from the shop, including a beautitful mid-century German vase. Fairly priced, I think. Some might say expensive, but the items are high quality and you can tell the staff take a lot of time to check and research them. We also got a few handmade, felt Christmas decorations from here, super cute!Also as an avid reader, I buy and donate a lot of my books from Broomhill Oxfam. Again, really fairly priced and always for an excellent cause :)”

Won't be buying any new clothes unless I can't find it here. The staff are great. On a few occasions I've asked for an opinion for items. I've received honest comments; which I have appreciated. At St Luke's I bought a sip up coat off the mens wear. I was concerned it was a woman's coat, the person behind ( mgr I think). When my partner saw it she confirmed it was a woman's coat. When I returned it the person gave me a refund. She knew it had been a woman's coat. It was £20. I think she just wanted the sale. Won't be visiting ther. ?”
