“This is a general observation rating rather than a store-specific one. It is not an easy store to navigate with a trolley. Aisles are not two trolley widths wide; things are stacked at the end of aisles, and there is always restocking going on from large pallets scattered throughout the store during opening hours. I appreciate that this is how your stores are run, as I have been to several different ones throughout the UK, and I really like shopping with you... but I do find it a quite a stressful shopping experience.”

“Absolutely fantastic company!Over the past 2 years we have had 2 bathrooms completely remodelled and during the last few weeks our kitchen/utility area and the results, on each occasion, have been wonderful.Graham along with Phil and the team offer amazing, personable service. Yes, the showroom looks very expensive but the prices are extremely competitive with the "Usuals" and will be less than you expect for the quality.They employ wonderful tradesmen who are exactly the people you need when trusting your greatest asset to strangers. They take care of absolutely everything so no shopping around for different tradesmen, quotes etc. You just put your feet up and let the professionals do their job. (Just make them deservedly welcome with a good brew and nice biscuits! ?)Cannot recommend Hometown Design highly enough.”
