Today I had best shopping experience ever in boots Eastgate Gillian very kindly helped me she was friendly and really knew products she was selling ? I was able to pick up everything I needed in record time( which never happens ) I left store much happier that when I arrived so if need make up advice or just cheering up... read full comment

The poor pharmacy team deserve medals as doesn’t matter how busy they are always kind and smile and helpful. I know this last couple weeks I’ve been in a lot and staff have been superb. Pharmacists are top notch. But the counter next to pharmacy needs redesigned to stop customers who are not buying behind counter medicine... read full comment
