Came in to Boots Eastgate Inverness for aftershave and gift card today. Was unsure which size aftershave to get but was helped by Roderick who talked me through the sizes and offers that were on and mentioned the free gift bag. He also showed me large range of gift cards. Very pleasant and helped young man. Thank you ?

A standard boots stores. I prefer this ones range of baby clothes in comparison to the retail park store. It can appear cramped in places but this is just due to the nature of the store. Disappointing how you have to exit the store to use the lift outside to get from bottom to top floor. Really rubbish if you have a pram with a little once since the baby products are downstairs as you can't go upstairs without paying as you have to leave the store

My daughter and I were shopping for make up on Saturday; we clearly looked confused and were approached by a lovely lady called Chloe from one of the make up counters who offered assistance. She was knowledgeable, patient, kind and very thorough. Huge thanks for the five star service, what an asset this lady is to Boots.

I wasn?t going to leave a review with my first bad experience but here I am with a second negative experience so thought I should share. 1st time I went in to buy a healthcare product and there was no one at the boots tills so I went to the pharmacy, when I was getting served they asked me if I could go to the boots counter but proceeded to serve me, i couldn?t see anyone at the counter. Then another member of staff chimed in and gave a rather attitude filled response of ?someone will be there if you went up there? or along those lines. Then today I?ve been in and I was enquiring about perfumes. They were stood chatting, more interested in their conversation. I had genuine questions and all I got was ?I don?t know I don?t work with that product? everything was negative, then went back to their conversation, completely unhelpful and very rude, they?re there to help as much as they can, and they couldn?t and quite frankly didn?t want to. When I went to the perfume shop she informed me that I was the 3rd customer to say that to them in the last 20 minutes. Shocking service

A lot of items covered in dust, shop been looking the same for many years , no available samples of all perfumes , low stock of natural cosmetics with good ingredients, looks poor in general and there is no improvement at all for so many years. Stuff not very friendly, sometimes I just see them standing and chatting .

Today I had best shopping experience ever in boots Eastgate Gillian very kindly helped me she was friendly and really knew products she was selling ? I was able to pick up everything I needed in record time( which never happens ) I left store much happier that when I arrived so if need make up advice or just cheering up boots is place to go.

The poor pharmacy team deserve medals as doesn?t matter how busy they are always kind and smile and helpful. I know this last couple weeks I?ve been in a lot and staff have been superb. Pharmacists are top notch. But the counter next to pharmacy needs redesigned to stop customers who are not buying behind counter medicine as this utilises their time and it?s also annoying for customers. Jacqueline is a star and long term member staff and the blond quiet girl deserve pay rises. Alison is an excellent pharmacist who goes out of her way to be kind and helpful.
