“Good morning, I had a problem with an item I had purchased from Them two years ago, rang up and spoke to a member of the staff , who said she would get someone else to call me straight back.True to form I received a call from Dan, I explained what the problem was, I was told that it wasn't a problem send the item back and he would contact the manufacturer.I posted it on Monday, received a phone call this morning from Dan, the fault had been sorted and my item is getting posted back this weekend.Now that sort of service and customer care and follow up phone calls are what make a first class company stand out from the rest.”

“Just back from an appointment for a bra fitting here. I booked and appointment ahead of time and was greeted by a friendly staff member who directed me to a seat, shortly after being met by Aileen. She was able to suss my size out with no tape measure needed and found me a great fitting bra right away. She was friendly, upbeat and made the whole process very simple, I could hear other happy customers being served in the background, who were advised that they could order in other styles/sizes if required, which was good to know.I left with 2 great fits (wearing one out the door as it was so much better than the one I had arrived in).Of course a good bra is not a cheap bra, but that should be obvious to anyone who wears one and makes a huge difference to ones clothing and ones posture, so the investment is always worth it and I found the price to be just right for what I was getting.Overall a great experience.”

“Went to get flu jab. Covid restrictions in place but aisles very narrow and people squeezing past. Store was very busy at time I was there, and I don't think there was a maximum number of people to entering the store. Nurse who provided flu jab very nice and helpful.”

“One of few remaining clothes shops in city centre. A shop where I can always find something. Quality is fairly good although my partner thinks the menswear is rubbish. He is comparing to gentlemans outfitters of yesteryear. I had areturn a little over the date on the receipt. Staff were friendly and helpful and accepted it. Only 4 stars as often there is can be queue and congestion at the tills. Another distant till at menswear exit or elsewhere to be covid compliant would be sensible of upper management. 4 tills cannot be in use due to distancing and perhaps staff are short at times which is understandable.”

“The Sparkle Event with Amanda last night was excellent��. Amazing how much she can cram into 15 minutes!! Having a Personal Stylist for the Eastgate Centre is a fabulous idea. I would never have thought to shop in Quiz before (I thought I was too old!!), but thanks to Amanda I have been introduced to the lovely Lara in Quiz and made my first purchases today. I will be back very soon!!”

“The poor pharmacy team deserve medals as doesn’t matter how busy they are always kind and smile and helpful. I know this last couple weeks I’ve been in a lot and staff have been superb. Pharmacists are top notch. But the counter next to pharmacy needs redesigned to stop customers who are not buying behind counter medicine as this utilises their time and it’s also annoying for customers. Jacqueline is a star and long term member staff and the blond quiet girl deserve pay rises. Alison is an excellent pharmacist who goes out of her way to be kind and helpful.”

“For me Next is a really good retail experience. It has an excellent range in menswear with plenty choice available. It also has an excellent range in the home department. I like the fact it is open later and there is plenty parking available. “Ranges of clothing are more varied and accessible than they used to be and i like them. A bit expensive but higher quality fabrics and garments. Lovely materials. Shop is dark with music playing so a bit like being in a nightclub which i wouldnt mind but it can be a bit disorientating if you are no longer 18. I dont care if i am not the target age group.”

I spent 30 min finding what I wanted to buy and 36min waiting to pay. In their defence their Internet was down so no self service tills and limited card payments were allowed. “I had a great experience on my visit to the store recently. The young boy who served me was extremely helpful and very polite. Actually he couldn’t have helped anymore if he tried.. However I wasn’t happy with one particular female who works there.. the way she looks at customers as if they are below her is absolutely ridiculous behaviour. I can’t tell you her name but what I can tell you is if she wore anymore makeup you would have to scrape it off with a shovel. Maybe a little reminder to staff that no one is better than anyone in this world we are all the same. I also noticed that the staff don’t treat other members very fairy actually they treat them very poorly. Again a reminder that no one is any better than anyone else we are all the same and we are all equal. Perhaps a reminder to those individuals who like to constantly moan at members of staff in front of customer (not appropriate) belittle them and make them feel worthless should go on a course as a reminder on how to not only to treat members of staff but to also learn some manners. I have shopped in your store for many many years and I have watched such behaviour on many occasions however this time I am disappointed and disgusted by your store. A little reminder that some members of staff and I mean some are very nice polite helpful and make you feel very welcome however others really shouldn’t work in customers services as their attitudes towards other members of staff are vile. This also includes some members of management. The only reason I have given 5 starts is because of the young boy who served me. If it hadn’t been for him you would have no star rating.”
