I was emailed 30 minutes before closing to inform me my kilt hire was late being returned. I quickly got to the shop 10 minutes after closing and was greeted harshly by all 3 members of staff. I had to pay £15 for being 12 minutes late, and at the checkout the manager didn’t say thanks for me at least running a mile...

Their website offered a range of tartans and outfits. I decided to visit the store to get more info and book. The 2 male staff in store were not interested in either assisting me in the booking nor keen to answer any of my questions. I felt as if I was disturbing their quiet day! Shocking levels of service, lazy and disinterested female senior member of staff.
