“WOULD RATE 6 STARS OUT OF 5 IF I COULD!Went in last week after a traumatic incident and came into the shop looking a total mess, the staff were wonderful and beyond incredibly understanding (even though this is far beyond their job description!). I bought some hair straighteners which for the price have worked fantastically - not even saying this bevause of their compassionate conduct), I have very thick curly hair which typically takes 2 hours to straighten, and despite me asking for the cheapest possible straighteners available my hair is now straightened in just over an hour!I'm based in invergordon so don't regularly go to inverness but will be going back the next chance I'm able to, not only to thank them for being 2 amazing wonderful kindhearted people to a vulnerable woman, but to have more of a look around to explore the rest of their products too. Folk like this that restore your faith in humanity and products like this that restore the life to your hair lol!”

“I've never had a problem with the older staff members in the Pharmacy, who have always been helpful. My only complaint is the unpredictable mid afternoon Pharmacy closing hour, sometimes 2-3, or 3-4. It is variable, you can turn up and they've shut down. It should be a fixed advertised closure hour and that's it.”
