“The poor pharmacy team deserve medals as doesn’t matter how busy they are always kind and smile and helpful. I know this last couple weeks I’ve been in a lot and staff have been superb. Pharmacists are top notch. But the counter next to pharmacy needs redesigned to stop customers who are not buying behind counter medicine as this utilises their time and it’s also annoying for customers. Jacqueline is a star and long term member staff and the blond quiet girl deserve pay rises. Alison is an excellent pharmacist who goes out of her way to be kind and helpful.”

“I ran out of medication over the bank holiday weekend because I couldn't collect the prescription from my GP. I went to Boots pharmacy, but I didn't realise it was just before they were about to close. I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The pharmacist issued me an emergency prescription of 1 weeks supply just minutes before they closed, despite that it would make him slightly late. Very kind, much appreciated.”

“WOULD RATE 6 STARS OUT OF 5 IF I COULD!Went in last week after a traumatic incident and came into the shop looking a total mess, the staff were wonderful and beyond incredibly understanding (even though this is far beyond their job description!). I bought some hair straighteners which for the price have worked fantastically - not even saying this bevause of their compassionate conduct), I have very thick curly hair which typically takes 2 hours to straighten, and despite me asking for the cheapest possible straighteners available my hair is now straightened in just over an hour!I'm based in invergordon so don't regularly go to inverness but will be going back the next chance I'm able to, not only to thank them for being 2 amazing wonderful kindhearted people to a vulnerable woman, but to have more of a look around to explore the rest of their products too. Folk like this that restore your faith in humanity and products like this that restore the life to your hair lol!”
