I recently purchased some cheese from this branch of M&S which I found was passed its ‘use by’ date and when opened was clearly not edible. These things happen so I chucked it in the bin.

Appalling customer service. Gave me wrong parcels at pick up and refused to deal with it when I returned the wrong items. Manager refused to speak to me. Was advised to call Customer Services who refused to deal with it and referred me back to store. Now awaiting a call from a supervisor within 24-48 hours! Meanwhile I... read full comment
