“Having shopped here for 5+ years on a fortnightly to monthly basis, there is a member of staff who works here (within last year or two) whom has put me off ever collecting or arranging delivery from this store. I'm not a difficult customer, I'm in and out and I email my order through and take subs if they are there - but this particular member of staff is ignorant with no social skills and shouldn't be allowed to deal with customers. Bad energy. He seems to have a chip on his shoulder for some reason. I won't name names - but fair to say, I will only order online from the Majestic website now even though it takes longer - I don't want to take the risk of having to speak to this staff member. Cathy in this store, however, is lovely along with another two women whom I can't place their names. All things considering, a 5 star is still worthy - I just don't want to visit this store for collection or anything else if I risk having to deal with any other than these three women. I would be more than happy to return to ordering locally if it can be assured this member of staff won't be the person I have to deal with.”

“A small Aladdin's cave for whisky, gin etc.I had searched for a shop selling Harris Gin. This was the closest shop to me, a 35-minute drive away. I called first to check it was in stock.When I said it was a gift, I was asked if I wanted gift wrapping. I declined the offer.Extremely friendly, helpful service.”

“A spacious shop with a good range of magazines and newspapers. There are also various provisions, fresh snacks, cold drinks and large racks of confectionery. You can play the lottery too and there's a free cashpoint outside. The friendly lady who was serving in there yesterday afternoon could not have been nicer. She pointed out some current special offers which I would otherwise have missed and then gave me some excellent travel directions to another town where I was heading next!”
“Great wee centre. Love the charity store, has good quality things. Always clean, very busy parking wise and sometimes it's upper floor parking is shut off which is a bit of a nuisance however mostly fine. The tescos have lovely staff. The pound store is a decent size with friendly staff. The eyebrow/lashes stand is great. Good price and professional, clean and friendly. Fab having a super drug in a small town. Cafe is cheap with fresh and tasty menu. Toilets are always clean and fresh. Overall kept very well and a pleasant place to shop.”
“People need to understand that Sub Post Offices can be very busy places and they operate on very small margins.I found the counter staff to be very flexible and patient if you told them clearly what you wanted.(I wanted to send a letter to New Zealand with the new King's head postage stamp on it rather than a computer generated label and the lady behind the counter was very patient and helpful when I explained this to her.)This place has very convenient opening hours and is very clean and well organizedPeople need to be more tolerant and give reviews that are more fair and balanced.”

“Wonderful bottle shop in downtown Drymen! Popped in this afternoon and had a great array of both local and international beer. The owner was very knowledgeable about the beers and gave great recommendations. Also has some great artwork and small gifts available. Highly recommend!”
