I'm being very generous with the stars here mainly because they do have a good range available at a good range of price points. Also there must be some staff here that are hard working, polite etc, isn't there? Like several other reviews. Been kept waiting at tills, queues building up, short tempered/irritable staff. The slowest service at the pharmacy. Something needs to be done about it as it is showing in so many reviews. Boots you need to investigate this.
