“The members of staff are lovely. Most items can be collected on the same day. If you have the app you can get sometimes discounts. If you decide to buy in store you have an option to either speak to a person over the counter or order through an iPad, the iPad is very slow and doesn’t respond as fast as you would like sometimes. The people are quite nice and if you are unsure about the size of trousers you need they are happy to bring them out and take them out of the pack to measure next to your legs. They have a variety of size options. The car park is right outside. If your order a lot and the items are heavy be prepared to carry it to your car on your own as there is no trolly or anyone to help you apart from yourself.”

Not knowing what to ask for, how to explain my problem, or even what the parts were called, the staff was quick to start suggesting fixes and checking prices.The saving idea came when I was told I could try just screwing it back in... i left the store feeling like an idiot, but hoping the suggestion would work.Here I am, with a functioning shower again, having spent 0£ on it. The staff was so nice about it and didnt try selling me a bunch of things that could have solved it, but would have been so much more work!”
