Ridiculous opening hours for people who have to work. Supposedly offers a service but only open 9.30.-4.30 Monday to Friday. What a joke.

I went to Beeston to try to avoid going into Nottingham HSBC branch. Its inconvenient and removes the cost of parking.As the branch hasn't been shut, I assumed it still provided traditional counter banking services. I was wrong. Hsbc. Sut the city centre branch and keep real full service banks in the community

Terrible customer service, apart from waiting an hour to be spoken to, the girl we saw re opening a new account was so rude, she never even spoke, I had to ask her if she was playing Solitaire on her laptop due to the ignorance and lack of ANY conversation. She would not make eye contact with us, so cold and unfriendly....
